1. Acceptance of contract terms.

1. Product/Service terms of use.

You agree to be bound by the terms of the applicable purchase with AirelXLOR  relating to the purchase of any products or services via this Site. You agree that in the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use for use of the Site and the terms of your purchase and/or lease agreement for certain AirelXLOR products and services, the terms of the purchase shall control.

AirelXLOR may use information that is collected about Users, or submitted by Users, and aggregate such information into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable User, for the purpose of creating statistical summary databases for benchmarking and for use in research and development to create, refine and improve products and services and the Site.
